How to Use

1. Using the clean, dry spoon provided, scoop approximately ½ teaspoon of scrub into your hand.

2. Apply to damp feet or body.

3. Massage gently in circular motions. Avoid harsh scrubbing or excessive pressure.

4. For a softer scrub: Add more water to your skin as you massage.

5. For stronger exfoliation: Use less water, but always scrub gently.

6. Rinse thoroughly and pat skin dry.

Use once a week, and no more than twice weekly.

Half a teaspoon is a starting amount for a small area; use more as needed for larger areas.
