Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, Twixt Designs maintains a strict return policy.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Earrings
- Hair accessories
- Bridal accessories
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Worn, used, damaged, or tarnished items
All sales are considered final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at twixtdesigns@gmail.com.
To request assistance, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item in natural lighting
- Photographs of the packaging if applicable
Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Resolution for Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, Twixt Designs may, at our discretion:
- Replace the item
- Repair the item where possible
- Issue store credit
- Issue a refund to the original payment method
Return Conditions for Approved Claims
If a return is authorized:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Customers must ship the item back within:
- 3 working days for local orders
- 14 working days for international orders
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Twixt Designs is not responsible for:
- Lost or delayed packages caused by courier services
- Customs delays or import restrictions
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact information provided by the customer
Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable.
