1. General

Welcome to Twixt Designs. By accessing or using our website (www.twixtdesigns.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the site. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Products and Pricing

  • Twixt Designs specializes in custom-made jewelry and curated bridal hair accessories.

  • All prices are listed in USD ( for international orders) and LKR ( for Sri Lankan orders) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock issues.

  • Each product description is accurate to the best of our ability; however, minor variations may occur due to handmade production.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

  • Custom and personalized items (e.g., bridesmaid gifts, custom quantities, or name jewelry) are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects (see Section 5).

  • We recommend verifying all design and personalization details before confirming your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship from Sri Lanka to both local and international destinations.

  • Local Delivery: Estimated within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.

  • International Shipping:

    • Free standard shipping for orders over US$150.

    • Estimated delivery within 10–12 business days, excluding customs clearance.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed, especially during holidays, pandemics, or other disruptions.

  • All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • You must provide a valid phone number at checkout to avoid shipping delays.

Security Measures:

  • All orders are shipped via tracked courier services.

  • Order confirmations and tracking information will be sent via email.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or contact information.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for defective items:

    • Local orders: Notify us within 3 working days.

    • International orders: Notify us within 14 working days.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back at twixtdesigns@gmail.com.

  • Provide a clear photo of the defect in natural light to initiate a return.

  • Once a return is approved:

    • Local orders must be shipped back within 3 working days of approval.

    • International orders must be shipped back within 14 working days of approval.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Non-refundable items:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (unless defective)

  • Intimate items (e.g., earrings, hair accessories)

  • Tarnished or used jewelry

  • Items undeliverable due to incorrect contact information

6. Jewelry Care

  • All jewelry is plated and coated to minimize tarnishing.

  • Avoid perfume, saltwater, or moisture contact.

  • Wipe jewelry after use to extend lifespan.

Note: All plated jewelry, including Sterling Silver, may tarnish over time. Sterling Silver can be cleaned to restore shine.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the sole property of Twixt Designs and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Security

  • Your personal information is used solely for order fulfillment and communication.

  • We do not store or share payment information. Payments are processed via secure, encrypted third-party gateways or via bank deposit.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to maintain accurate listings and prompt delivery but are not liable for delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies beyond our control.

  • In no event shall Twixt Designs be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.
